About Project : Digital Car Dashboard

The objective of this project is to develop a digital dashboard for MAN and Scania trucks. This dashboard will support 32 analog signal ports (0-24V or 4-20mA) and include systems for setup and calibration of these signals. It will display key information, including various gauges and warning lights, to enable drivers to quickly and accurately receive important information. Additionally, the project includes systems for calibrating speed, engine RPM, fuel levels, and other relevant data.

Scope of Work

1. Digital Dashboard Development. Develop a digital dashboard that efficiently supports MAN and Scania truck engines.

2. Analog Signal Circuit. Design a circuit that can handle 32 analog signal ports, supporting signals of 0-24V or 4-20mA.

3. Setup and Calibration System. Implement a system for setting up and calibrating analog signals accurately.

4. Information Display and Indicators. Display essential information and indicators, including:

      4.2  Engine RPM Gauge

      4.3  Trip Meter

      4.4  Turn Left Indicator

      4.5  Turn Right Indicator

      4.6  Oil Pressure Warning Light

      4.7  Engine Temperature Warning Light

      4.10 Check Engine Light

      4.11 Battery Alert Light

      4.15 Brake Warning Light

      4.16 Calibration System

5.Develop a calibration system for speed, engine RPM, fuel levels, and other relevant data to ensure accurate display.
