The SCADA project for monitoring electrical energy in the manufacturing plant is designed to collect and analyze energy consumption data via Power Meters connected to PLCs and Power Meters. The SCADA system enables real-time tracking of energy data, performance analysis, and alerts for abnormal energy usage. Additionally, it records data for retrospective analysis and future energy planning.
Scope of Work
Compatible with Windows, Linux, and Android
Accessible both locally and remotely, supporting various devices such as Modbus TCP(UDP), Siemens ISO/TCP, Omron FINS/TCP(UDP), OPC UA
Rapid connection and display of results
Project export/import functionality
Supports scripting using Function Block Diagram (FBD) language
Capable of logging events and sending alerts via email and LINE
Supports historical energy usage recording using an SQL database
User permissions management
