Scope of Work


  1. Utilize Machine Vision technology to inspect for cracks in double-corrugated tiles.

  2. Verify the accuracy of the color shades of the tiles according to the model.

  3. Edit and delete relevant machinery data.

  4. Include a calibration system for crack inspection.

  5. Generate reports in Excel format.

  6. Control multiple camera stations and connect through a Central Server.

  7. Provide results in the form of CPK Charts.

  8. Enable Remote Desktop operations.
