1. Project Overview      

This project aims to maintain the Active Directory service for personal computers within the bank, ensuring continuous system availability and optimal performance.

2. Scope of Work

1. Preventive Maintenance: The selected contractor will perform preventive maintenance on the Active Directory system every 3 months to ensure smooth operation.

2. Corrective Maintenance: In the event of a system malfunction, the contractor must provide corrective maintenance at no additional cost and resolve issues within the specified timeframe.

3. Consulting Services: The contractor is required to provide consulting on the use of the Active Directory system to the bank's employees.

4. Performance Reporting: The contractor must prepare and present weekly performance reports.

5. Security Vulnerability Remediation: The contractor must address and close any security vulnerabilities identified in the Active Directory system.

3. Project Achievements

The project will be deemed successful when the following criteria are met: preventive maintenance of the Active Directory system is conducted every 3 months as planned, any issues are promptly repaired and resolved within the specified timeframe at no additional cost, bank employees receive effective consulting for using the system, weekly performance reports are prepared and presented consistently, and any identified security vulnerabilities are addressed and closed swiftly and thoroughly.
